Maher Agrees With Trump On Sexual Assault

HBO’s Bill Maher believes that it is worrisome that the standard for allegations of sexual misconduct has gone from “listen to any woman who says she’s been wronged,” into “automatically believe.”

Maher said, “I do think that when Trump said, ‘It’s a very scary time for young men,’ yes, let’s get out the world’s smallest violin. But…it does seem like things have morphed from, listen to any woman who says she’s been wronged, which is the right thing to do, to automatically believe. That’s what’s scary.”

Do you feel the same way?

Since it is virtually impossible to prove a negative, these false allegations are all the more disastrous.

The picture above sez to me: “Do you think they can tell I’m lying?”

Anyone has the rights under the law to accuse, they also have the right to take it to courts, and that is what should happen! That is what most sane people think.
Unfortunately proving sexual assault may be a little more difficult. Coming forward with no proof is difficult at best, but it is not demeaning. And there in lies the problem! If any case including sexual assault cases be kept out of the news while investigators investigated the problem would diminish exponentially. Facts and arraignment needs to take place in these cases, everyone is entitled to privacy under certain circumstances, the accused and the accuser. They should be filed within a limited time frame, if one looks at the “Me Too” movement for lapsed time only, 90% were reveals years later. While at the same time, only when the accused was a prominent person, theand some times regardless of proof.

Do not take me wrong, I am not trying to take any position on this matter, I am just trying to determine what could be the right way to handle this matter for both the accused and the accuser. Leaks of information, the rights of public information, and the pure fact that people can not be trusted prohibits having a data base where and accused as well as the accuser are placed and recorded for an un substantiated offence for future use in cases of assualt with out proof. This data base would protect both the accused and the accuser in that if an accused was accused the second time it could be verified, or if the accuser accused another person that could also be verified. Just a thought.

Everyone needs to do some homework….You ask why Christine Blasey-Ford would do this? Here are 4 good reasons: 1) she owns a major portion of the company that makes the morning-after abortion pill, and she is afraid Kavanaugh will overturn Roe v Wade, therefore making her million-dollar empire go caput. 2) She’s a professor at the same college (Palo Alto U) where Diane Feinstein’s husband, Richard Blum, is on the board of directors, she has worked with Blum on the “resist-Trump” movement for two years. 3) Dr. Blasey-Ford’s brother, Tom Blasey, is a business partner with Peter Strzok’s cousin, Jill Strzok, for a company called Exelis Inc. enough said there. 4) Dianne Feinstein and Chuck Schumer appointed lawyers to set up three (3) GoFundMe pages for her the week BEFORE she testified, which are currently up over a million dollars, for her to keep as payment for her testimony. This is for starters… Don’t believe for one minute this “professor” came out of nowhere.

Just more reasons for an investigation by the DOJ, but don’t hold you breath it will ever happen. Make one wonder where all the GOP’rs are and why they do not get aggressive with subpoenas. it sure does take the Socialist Progressive Liberal soon to be Communist Democrats long to put someone in court.

Talk about acting. That Lady deserves an Academy Award. To go, with the million dollars from #FundMe,

I do agree with him. What concerns me is I’ve seen way too many comments on right wing sites that say all liberal women are lying when they claim they’ve been abused. That sort of comment is abhorrent but doesn’t seem to bother the folks on these sites.

PLUS SHE DOESN’T REMEMBER ANY OF THE DETAILS , I HAVE SPOKE TO OVER 25 WOMEN AND THEY ALL REMEBER THE DETAIL.. !!!!!

Interesting but what does your comment have to do with my comment?

To Democraps, Republicans are guilty until proven innocent, as they do not want the truth !. Democraps hypocracy shows when Schumer ,Feinstein and Durbin voted NOT to impeach Billy Clinton and he was a predator since he as AG from Arkansas! Do background check on ALL members of Congress and see who we have left standing after another “Kavanaugh style witch hunt” for each of them!
