A man claiming to be the gay lover of dead Orlando terrorist Omar Mateen spoke with Univision reporter Maria Elena Salinas recently. During the interview the man, who appeared in disguise and gave only the name ‘Miguel’, told Salinas that he believes he knows what the killers’ motive was – and it has nothing to do with Islam.
Of course, that would play right into the hands of the left and the Obama administration, which continues to run interference on behalf of radical Muslim terrorists.
Miguel claimed the attack was an act of revenge. Apparently Mateen had had a sexual encounter with two Puerto Rican men and it was not until afterward that one of the men revealed that he was infected with HIV – the virus that causes AIDS.
Identified as “Miguel,” the man spoke with Univision and said he met Mateen on the gay dating app Grindr. He described their relationship as “friends with benefits” and insisted that the radicalized Muslim gunman was “100 percent” gay. The two men allegedly met up 15-20 times before Miguel moved away from the Orlando area in December.
Miguel said the man responsible for the worst mass shooting in U.S. history was “affectionate” and “sweet,” and that he loved to be cuddled.
“I’ve cried like you have no idea,” Miquel said, when he learned of the deadly attack that claimed the lives of 49 people. “But the thing that makes me want to tell the truth is that he didn’t do it for terrorism. In my opinion he did it for revenge.”
The man told Univision that Mateen had a negative sexual experience with two Puerto Rican men and that one of the men later revealed that he was HIV positive — Mateen was allegedly “terrified” of being HIV positive.
“He adored Latinos, gay Latinos, with brown skin—but he felt rejected,” Miguel said. “He felt used by them—there were moments in the Pulse nightclub that made him feel really bad. Guys used him. That really affected him.”
“When I asked him what he was going to do now, his answer was ‘I’m going to make them pay for what they did to me,’” he added.
Do you think this Miguel is legitimate? Does this new motive make a difference, after all, Mateen DID pledge his loyalty to ISIS?
